Abnormal uterine bleeding is abnormal bleeding resulting from changes in the hormonal control of menstruation. Bleeding occurs frequently or irregularly, lasts longer, or is heavier. M2-TONE FORTE SYRUP is a non-invasive, non-hormonal approach to abnormal excessive uterine bleeding. It is fortified with Ashoka (Saraca indica), Lodhra (Symplocos racemosa) that has phyto-estrogenic activity, which maintains the integrity of endometrium and corrects ovarian insufficiency. M2-TONE FORTE contains Dashmool (a group of ten herbs), Lodhra (Symplocos racemosa), Nagakeshar (Mesua ferrea) that exhibit antioxidant, antiinflammatory activity and help restore hormonal balance. Bhibitaki (Terminalia belerica) and Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi) have antispasmodic action and also help to relieve stress. M2-TONE FORTE as a formulation reduces excessive uterine bleeding, supports the integrity of endometrium, and reduces uterine inflammation. M2-TONE FORTE also helps in reducing stress, which is often associated with menstrual disorders.

  • Excessive uterine bleeding in the age group of 30-45 years –
    • Associated with Intra Uterine Contraceptive Device (IUCD) insertion
    • As a result of mental stress and anxiety
    • Associated with hormonal changes in the perimenopausal age group

DOS & DON’TS

DOS:

  1. Talk to your doctor if you have had irregular vaginal bleeding for three or more menstrual cycles or if your symptoms are affecting your daily life
  2. Do exercise & yoga every day
  3. Maintain healthy weight
  4. Get physically active
  5. Increase your intake of iron-laden foods, such as green leafy vegetables, dried beans and peas, lean meats, citrus fruits and iron-fortified cereals

DON’TS:

  1. Avoid caffeinated beverages
  2. Avoid smoking and consumption of alcohol
  3. Avoid mental and physical exertion
